2. The Service

AnomalyLab is a news-intelligence and outreach platform:

• News monitoring and discovery.
• AI topic modeling, semantic search, and anomaly detection.
• An AI chat interface for your content.
• Media-list building and AI-drafted outreach sent through your connected Gmail.
• Optional integrations with third-party services.

Access is by subscription or invitation and may change at our discretion.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your credentials and OAuth tokens confidential.
• All activity under your account.
• Telling us about unauthorized access promptly at contact@ethanyoung.dev.
• Using the Service lawfully.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not use the Service to:

• Break the law or infringe others' rights.
• Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited messages through connected integrations.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
• Use AI output to deceive, defraud, or harm anyone.
• Share or resell access without written permission.

You are responsible for following anti-spam and data-protection laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) in your outreach. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with providers like Google (OAuth/Gmail), OpenAI, and Anthropic. By enabling them, you authorize us to act on your behalf with the permissions you grant, you accept those providers' terms, and you accept that we are not responsible for their availability or conduct. Disconnect anytime in Settings.

6. Disclaimers & Liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that AI output will be accurate or fit for any purpose, or that monitoring will catch every event.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnomalyLab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms and will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
