AnomalyLab is a news intelligence platform that provides:

• Automated news monitoring and content discovery.
• AI-powered topic modeling, semantic search, and anomaly detection.
• An AI chat interface for querying your monitored content.
• Optional integrations with third-party services such as Gmail.

The Service is provided on a subscription or invitation basis. Access may be granted, modified, or revoked at our discretion.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any connected OAuth tokens.
• All activity that occurs under your account.

• You acknowledge that AnomalyLab is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

You may disconnect integrations at any time from your account Settings page.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
• AI-generated content or analysis will be accurate, complete, or fit for any purpose.
• News monitoring will capture all relevant events.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnomalyLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
